Visual Coaching and Graphic Recording
I'm particularly excited to be talking about my love for visuals. Did you know that the vast majority of us retain information better when we see it in front of us? It's why I've taken my lifelong love of drawing and (quite frankly) obsession with doodling and now incorporate this in my coaching and other work as follows:

Art and creativity
You've already learned that I love drawing and doodling. I also love painting, and am particularly drawn to (pun intended) painting portraits. I've been a part-time artist for a number of years, have published my drawings and paintings in a local magazine for 5 years and sold paintings and drawings on commission.
