To help you take this time for yourself, to consider what you want to do next, after this is over, I'm offering free of charge: 

• A 10 day programme
• Daily emails, with information, questions or an exercise, all aimed at making you think about your career (and your life)
• A 30 minute consult with me, to talk through your findings, discuss your goals and consider your next steps  

What I'm expecting from you

I'm expecting you to:

• Book your half hour appointment with me and attend the session - I will send you instructions on how to book your 30 minute slot after you click 'RSVP' (please note: this is an integral part of the coaching programme. if you do not sign up for your coaching session you will not receive the daily emails!)
• Carry out the daily exercise and complete a short reflection via the link you will be sent
