• A 10 day programme
• Daily emails, with information, questions or an exercise, all aimed at making you think about your career (and your life), and 
• A 30 minute consult with me, to talk through your findings, discuss your goals and consider your next steps  

What I'm expecting from you

• Carry out the daily exercise and complete a short reflection via the link you are sent 
• Book your half hour appointment with me and attend the session
